Natasha has lost an amazing 2 stone, and completley transformed her body shape by focusing on her nutrition and specific resistance training. She found it hard to see that she could transform this way, but now vowes she will "never" go back to how she was before.
Her new mental toughness see's her still maintaining her new shape and weight and enjoying her fabulous new lifestyle and confidance!

Monica and Fiona - aged 65, have been working on a one to one basis with Lorna's Freestyle Fitness Yoga program for over 18 months.
In their words,"yoga has drastically changed our body shapes, and we now celebrate flatter tummies too!" Both are very keen runners and use yoga to keep them conditioned to run.
